You can use this in 1v1, as in team games. The strategy is supposed to give you a good strong army and economy at a fairly good time.
You can follow two strategies:
- Aggressive
- Defensive
If you know your opponent is relatively aggressive, then you might want to take the aggressive strategy.
If your opponent is rather not an aggresive player you can better take the Defensive strategy.
BASICS:
Cards build order:
- 3 vils
- 700w
- 5 vils
- 600w/6 musks
- 4 vils/600w
- 6 musks/4 vils
- 700c
- Musket upgrades
Age One:
Three of your six villagers go to nearest food crates and gather 100f.
The other three of your villagers go to the nearest hunt.
When they gathered that you want to put 2 of the 3 villagers wich were unpacking your crates on hunts.
When your first villager is build you can choose:
- Let him/her backherd your nearest herd.
- Let him/her help to unpack the other crates.
Further Age One:
- Backherd
- Age up with 16 villagers
- Age up with the tower and 200 coin.
Transition:
- Gather 100 food
- Research Gang Saw
- Build 2 houses in transition
- Gather another 200 wood after the 2 houses.
- If you get a good wood treasure you can gather 325 wood.
-> When you're done gathering the wood, you want to gather as soon as possible 100 food to qeue up a villager.
-> If you're done gathering the wood, you put 6 villagers on coin, and rest on food.
Age Two:
- Build a rax/stable depending on what your opponent is making.
(I prefer musketeers)
- Build the tower in front of your base
- Send 700 wood.
- Make a stable asap as the wood arrives (200w)
- Research Steel traps (125w)
- Research Placer Mines (75w)
- Build 2 manors (290w)
- Make musketeers and hussars
Aggresive: You will be sacrificing eco for units.
- Send 5 villagers and let them go to food.
- After that send 6 musketeers/600w.
- Put 8 vils on coin rest on food.
- When the 5 villagers arrive change tc waypoint to food.
- Keep on making manors
- You will get 40 musks 10-15 cav around 12 minutes.
- Your target is to get 40 vils around 10 minutes.
- Attack when you think you outboomed your opponent.
Defensive: You will be sacrificing units for eco.
- Send 5 villagers and let them go to wood.
- Send 600w after the 5 villagers.
- When the 5 villagers arrive change tc waypoint to wood.
- Keep on making manors
- You will get 30 musks 10 cav around 14 minutes.
- Your target is to get 55 vils around 10 minutes.
- Raid with your cav
